Advanced Stitching Vision Technology

Inspired by the celestial continuity of Venus, our VENUS Series stitching measurement systems bridge measurement gaps with seamless data fusion technology. These systems utilize multi-CCD synchronization to capture and precisely stitch localized images from different workpiece regions, creating complete and coherent profiles for accurate segment-based measurement.

This advanced stitching capability eliminates measurement blind spots common with traditional single-field systems when inspecting large workpieces, ensuring dimensional accuracy across entire surfaces.
